Should have Punted This Idea

Preamble:

An idea struck me as I was watching GA-TX but then I found that Irene had the Q last week. Well, once an idea is planted it has to happen, good or bad. So I figured it out and brought it to Academy. To think I was worried about filling the time.

The Thang:

I wrote down the outcome of every series in the GA-TX game. Assigned out some exercise or movement for each one and just followed the board.
  • Punts: Snake the stadium stairs
    • Notes: Oh so many punts, and back to back ones....
  • Interceptions: 20 Donkey Kicks
  • Fumble: Bear crawl across the field and Lunge Walk back
  • GA Score:
    • Rep count = the score at that point (7, 10, 17...)
    • Hand Release Mercans
    • Squat Jumps
    • Big Bois
    • SSh
    • Victory Lap around the track
  • TX Score: Burpees for their current score (Only 23 total for the day...Pretty good)
  • Turnover on Downs: Get upside down with BTTW for a minute
As we entered the second half and there was threats of throwing trash at the Q we sped things up a bit skipping Punts, and knocking out the rep counts on scores. Thankfully time was ticking and we ended up skipping the 3 minutes of BTTW that was looming and not getting to the No Surrenders (The last play kneel down for the win). Funny how less than 100 total reps of any given exercise will still destroy you for the rest of the day.
