We moseyed to the parking lot for a warmup: SSH's, weed pickers, and hill billies
First: we did the cocaine bear, which is bear crawling the parking lot and stopping at every parking line to do a merkin. Then we came back by doing a broad jump in the space with a merkin at every line.
Second: we did 11's with burpees and mike tysons
Third: we did two rounds of 7's under the pavilion with step ups and dips then bulgarian split squats and dips
