Good morning   Mr., Phelps (AKA  The Norsemen) Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to …… Mosey to the St Francis Mountain. -Scale the mountain 6 times while doing 10 merkins on the top and 5 burpees on the bottom. And await further instructions from Stu. -As Always, you are responsible for your own actions. Should you or any member of your force be caught or killed, the secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions. -This tape will self-destruct in five seconds.

Mosey to Field 1 Imperialism walkers followed by double agents

The Thang:

Serpentine through the woods silently approaching St. Francis Mountain. Scale the mountains up to six times with mercans on top and burpees on the bottom. Under attack from the fire hydrants on the way back to the flag.  Only one way to fight back. Mission accomplished ahead of time.  Practice for next mission with silent count SSH's. It did not go so well. Finished with wall sits, but kickers and the special HaHa medley.
