Credit to Offshore for introducing us to triple-checks last week.Warm-O-Rama:
It was freezing, so we warmed up while running a lap around the park, switching between regular mosey and- High knees
- Butt kickers
- Super Mario's
- Karaokes
The Thang:
Triple checks: split into 3s - 2 PAX each doing an exercise while 3rd travels. When 3rd PAX returns, rotate. 3 rounds at each location.- Smurf jacks, plank jacks and run to to of stairs at stage
- Calf raises, squats, and parking lot lap in upper parking lot
- Dips, derkins, and bear crawl around pavilion at the pavilion
