Preamble:

Mosey to the football field parking lot to warm up then returned to the flag to retrieve cinders

Warm-O-Rama:

- Side Straddle Hop - mount climbers - windmills - Michael Phelps - inch worms

The Thang:

Walk with block overhead and complete a Blockee at each light post until we reached the pond.

The Workout

Partner A - Farmer carries one direction

Partner B - runs the other direction

When you meet-up complete the below:

Round 1 (complete 3 times)

  • 10 buddy Mercans
  • 15 squats
  • 15 curls

Round 2 (complete 3 times)

  • 15 buddy big boys
  • 15 kettlebell (blocky) swings
  • 15 should press

Round 3 (complete 3 times)

  • 15 sumo squats
  • 15 rows
  • 15 partner leg raises
