The Thang:

Indian run to Etris gazebo partner time
  • one partner run, other partner Dipsx 20 and flutter kicks x 20 rotation; swab on partner return
  • same but m'erkinsx20 and hello dolliesx20
  • same but lunges x20 and m'erkins x20
  • same but burpees
Indian run to pull up bars
  • line up; 5 pull ups and go back to end of line do air-squats.  complete 5 circuits
 Run to bathrooms
  • burpees till time

Prayers for Spider's family as they are reunited and living strong.  Prayers to set the examples for others.
