The Thang:

Since this was the last BD of 2024 at the great AO of Academy AND it was Dosido's first time we wanted to show the lay of the land so to speak. Run an 800m. Certain PAX may have mumbled a bit about knowing they had to run an 800m. They got over it. We met at the end of the field near the high jump pit area center of the field. Get ready for working 8 x 5. Run a figure 8 on the field starting at the end of the end zone, cross at center field, circle back in at the opposite end field zone. Each time we cross the center of the field (left to right) we would stop and do an exercise. 5 exercises:
  1. Burpees - 5, 10, 15
  2. Slow mercans (slercans?) - 20, 25
  3. Freddy Mercury's - 30, 35
  4. BBSU - 40, 45
  5. Single Leg Lunge (Alpha again grumblings here about single leg can't be Alpha) - 50, 55
Mosey downtown to the astroturf green space for 11's then 21. 11's - flutters - PAX volunteered the exercise Next, we attempted to execute 21's where PAX called out an exercise as we covered various points over the remaining astroturf. We made it to 11...and time. Mosey back to flag.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

We mentioned nothing was raised about the new year when YHC revealed that we spelled out the letters HNY when viewed from STRAVA. YHC provided a snipped image of this and posted it to slack. Happy New Year men.
