Warm-O-Rama:

After disclaimer we moseyed to the the main entrance for Wind Mills, Weed Picker, SSH, Toy Soldier, Moroccan Night Club.

The Thang:

Then we moseyed back to the stairs where it connected to the dining hall. The spot will be out  mid point. Thang #1: Partner Eleven. One PAX mosey to one end of the driveway and the other PAX will mosey to the opposite side and wherever they meet, they will perform the 1st exercise (10 reps) and continue and the next time they meet, they will perform the 2nd exercise (1 rep), and continue. The exercises: Burpees & Squat. YHC called off after we finished 8-9 rounds. Thang #2:  TABATHA - 45 seconds exercise & 15 seconds rest.
