Warm-O-Rama:

Moseyed to the football field parking lot to circle up for SSH, toy soldier, weed pickers.

The Thang:

Loosely setup as an AMRAP, the group was split in half, each half starting at a different exercise station in the parking lot.  The lot was setup with 6 stations:
  • Box Jumps
  • Calf raises
  • Mtn Climbers
  • Deep Squats
  • SL squats
  • Flutter kicks
Each person went one time around tackling 10 of each exercise.  Once you arrived at your starting point you added to that first 10 by:
  • Box Jumps +5
  • Calf raises +10
  • Mtn Climbers +5
  • Deep Squats +10
  • SL squats +5
  • Flutter kicks +5
Each time you visited the location, you tacked on 5 or 10, pending the exercise.  It's nice to have box jumps in the rear view. We circled up in the center of the parking lot for J-Los, box cutters then to hold a 1min plank. Moseyed to the playground to knock out 20 shrugs at the picnic tables, then on to the flag... At the flag we circled up for Am Hammer, Dying cockroach then stretches for our hammies, quads, triceps (Echo thought this was amusing given the stations) then time was called.

COT:

Prayers for the gents at NLB and our tentative b'fast/Q with them on Sat, 4/5.  Prayers for the young gent that Sellout mentioned that is battling skin & brain cancer.  Wear sunscreen gents - don't chance it!   Thanks for the opportunity to lead!
