The Thang:

Run around the big loop and then the small loop. 3 sets of 5 exercises.  Each exercise is 1:30 on, then 20 second rest. First set (Core):  burpees, sit-ups, mtn climbers, leg raises, flutter kicks Second set (arms):  merkins, dips, derkins, incline merkins, raise-the-roof Third set (legs):  step-ups, jump squats, bonnie blairs, box jumps, knee down-down-up-up. Run another big loop + small loop.
