Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey and warmed up. 11 of everything.

The Thang:

Mosey to church. Stop for a Catch Me If You Can. 5 hand-release merkins while partner Bernie Sanders around parking lot. 2 1/2 laps. Mosey to playground. 11's with pull-ups and swerkins. Time for some step-ups and dips. Little bit of Mary while waiting for the 6. Indian run back. Stop at Chapel Hill for Bernie Sanders up the hill times 3. Indian Run back. Stop for lunges and some jump squats. Mary was 30 second LBCs, 3o second planks for 5 minutes. Last round included Peter Parker extra credit.
