Preamble:

Told PAX to bring coupons, kettlebells preferred.

Warm-O-Rama:

Copperhead squats x 20 Windmill x 10 Toy soldier x 15 Mountain Climbers x 15  

The Thang:

Mosey'd down the trail to the top of the hill.  PAX did a round of 7's: plank jacks at the top of the hill (started w/1), run down the hill, squats at the bottom of the hill (started w/6). Mosey'd to the pull-up bar, did a round of mourning call.  Then mosey'd around the school, by the playground gazebo, back to the flag.  There, everyone grabbed their kettlebells. By the flag:
  1. Single-leg deadlifts (10 each leg) + Jump Squats (12)
  2. Side lunge (5 each side) + forward lunge (5 each leg)
  3. Diamond mercans (10) + decline stone mountains (10)
  4. Halo's (10) + Around the world (10 each direction)
Other end of the parking lot:
  1. Swings (20 each arm or 30 w/both arms)
  2. Single-arm rows (15 each arm)
  3. Single-arm cleans (15 each arm)
  4. Overhead press (15 each arm or 30 with both)
 

COT:

Prayers for Spider, prayers for Sarah (Sweeper's cousin) and a family in Alabama that No-See-Um knows.
