Quick warmup while waiting for stragglers (Rusty) to make it to the flag:

Moseyed to the covered bus stop for some minor shelter from the rain for the main event.

The Thang:

Twelve days of Christmas style beat down.  My original paper with the 12 days outlined has been lost, so I'm going off my poor memory here and might have some mistakes. Round 1 - 1x Burpee.  Round 2 - 2x Dips, 1x Burpee.  Etc
  • 1x Burpee

  • 3x Reverse Squats
  • 4x Pistol Squats
  • 5x Merkins
  • 6x ???
  • 7x Jump Squats
  • 8x Plank Jacks
  • 9x Mtn Climbers
  • 10x SSH

Seriously, how bad is my memory....   Anyway, afterwards we went to Zima's hill and did the following:
  • Complete 10 burpees.  Lunge walk half way up the hill, run back down the hill, then run a full lap of the hill.
After 3 rounds, we reverse lunge walked up the hill until a few minutes before 6:15, ran back to the flag, and did squats until time was called.
