- Lunge Walk when it touches down until you reach it's resting place

- Shark(s) in Middle, calls ‘Go’
- Minnows run to the other end
- Tagged Minnows become Sharks
- After Each round, Sharks do 5 burpees, Minnows SSH
- Roller Coaster Tracks
- Line up, arm space between
- Alternate high & low plank
- Last man goes over/under
- Catch Me if You Can
- Partner up, 1st Lunge Walks
- 2nd partner does Mucho Chesto 5x, then runs to catch up
