Warm-O-Rama:
Q led a slow mosey up the main road toward the CAB before circling PAX up for the following:- Abe Vigodas
- Hillbillys
- Slow Squats
The Thang:
Q directed all PAX to select a partner and dished out the following instructions:- PAX1 to run backwards counter-clockwise around the pond while PAX2 performed 5 Burpees.
- PAX2 runs forward to catch PAX1 after completing Burpees.
- Switch roles, rinse/repeat until Q calls time.
- Perform 1 Bicep Curl and 4 Rows, then rotate coupon to the left.
- Perform 2 Bicep Curls and 8 rows, then rotate coupon to the left.
- Rinse/repeat until 10/40.
- Lazy PAX lunge-walk 10 parking spaces, then do 10 Mercans. Rinse/repeat until Q called time.
- Unlazy PAX follow Q around the perimeter of the athletic fields for various Burpees, Mercans, Split Squats and more.
COT:
- Special TAP's for Missionary and his family as they mourn the loss of their patriarch.
