SSH Dr Corey warm up merkins squats  

The Thang:

The ladder workout. Complete the first exercise, do a lap, do the first exercise again, move to the second, rinse & repeat
  1. 5 Burpees
  • After completing the burpees, run one lap up and down the stairs.
  1. 10 Merkins (Push-ups)
  • After the merkins, run another lap up and down the stairs.
  1. 15 LBCs (Little Baby Crunches)
  • Another stair lap after the LBCs.
  1. 20 Lunges
  • Stair lap time!
  1. 25 Mountain Climbers (each leg)
  • You know what's next... a stair lap!
  1. 30-second Plank
  • Yep, back to the stairs.
  1. 35 AM HAMS (American Hamstrings - possibly referring to a glute-ham raise variation)
  • Time for another stair climb!
  1. 40 SSHs (Side Step Hops or Jumping Jacks)
  • Stairs are calling your name.
  1. J lo’s
  • Lace up those shoes for another stair lap.
  1. 50 Squats
  • Finish strong with a final stair lap!
