The ladder workout. Complete the first exercise, do a lap, do the first exercise again, move to the second, rinse & repeat- 5 Burpees
- After completing the burpees, run one lap up and down the stairs.
- 10 Merkins (Push-ups)
- After the merkins, run another lap up and down the stairs.
- 15 LBCs (Little Baby Crunches)
- Another stair lap after the LBCs.
- 20 Lunges
- Stair lap time!
- 25 Mountain Climbers (each leg)
- You know what's next... a stair lap!
- 30-second Plank
- Yep, back to the stairs.
- 35 AM HAMS (American Hamstrings - possibly referring to a glute-ham raise variation)
- Time for another stair climb!
- 40 SSHs (Side Step Hops or Jumping Jacks)
- Stairs are calling your name.
- J lo’s
- Lace up those shoes for another stair lap.
- 50 Squats
- Finish strong with a final stair lap!
