Preamble:
Turk was almost surprised to see me, given no hype or HC or any comment from YHC the night before. He's right. I should and can do better.
4 PAX (soon to be joined by a 5th) gathered at the parking lot. A light crowd today.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey in the parking lot and circle up for SSH, Squats, Weed Pickers, Moroccan Night Clubs and Imperial Walkers.
The Thang:
8 pointed star - Starting in the middle of the soccer field. Run to a corner and back to the middle, then to mid line (short or long) and back, to the next corner... At each corner Mucho Chesto, 10 of each: regular, wide, diamond, stagger left and stagger right. At each mid line 25 Big Boy Sit-ups, with left-right punches at the Up position, followed by 25 alpha count Flutter Kicks. In the middle every time, a Squat - clap on your shoes at the bottom position and overhead clap at the top position.
YHC couldn't recall if these big boy and squats variations were in the Exicon or not. There aren't. '
10 count walk and Bernie to the pavilion for 11s - Box Jumps on the benches and Donkey Kicks on the restroom walls.
Coupon - pick up a coupon at the rock pile nearby. 10 Curls, 10 Overhead Presses, 10 Skull Crushers, 9 Curls, 9 Overhead... 1,1,1. Meatballs dominated with 2 coupons, one in each hand.
Lunge walk with overhead claps (thank you Shuttlecock for the suggestions) to the flag. Mary with LBCs, Dolleys and Gas Pumpers.
