The Thang:

Thang #1: Burpee Cirle with some arithmetic involved (too early for the morning crowd). Count 1 to 70, however we must skip 3 number end with 3 or divisible by 3.  Each time we messed up, performed 3 burpees.  Air chair while counting. Started with 3 burpees and  started the count. We did several burpees. (Thank you Zohan). Thang #2: Moseyed to the church parking area next to the big green field. 4 Corners (transport mode: Frankenstein Walk, Duck Walk & Mosey).
  • Round #1: ABS - Alternate between Duck Walk and Frankenstein Walk.
    • American Hammer  - 10
    • Crunchy Frogs - 15
    • Box Cutter - 20
    • Reverse Crunch - 25
  • Round #2: LEGS - Alternate between Duck Walk & Mosey.
    • Lunges -AC - 10
    • Jump Squat - 15
    • Gorilla Humper - 20
    • Plank Jack - 25
  • Round #3: ARMS - mosey between station
    • Mercans - 10
    • Peter Parker - AC - 15
    • Carolina Dry Dock - 20
    • Overhead Clap -25
Moseyed back to the flag, then on the parking lot, every line performed 3 squats until we reached the flag.   Mary: Flutter Kick, Reverse Crunch & LBC.

COT:
