Preamble:

With nearly 4 months since my last Q (Along with a ripped up arm and PT), it was time to get back in the saddle. With it being the Meathouse however,  modification to deal with said ripped arm was needed. Hence, told everyone to bring 2 red bricks vs coupins and off we went.

Warm-O-Rama:

10 each of weedpickers, hillbillies, ssh's, Moroccan night clubs, and Michael Phelps. Off we went to the circle.

The Thang:

1. Variation of a macho chesto theme, except using bricks and the following exercises: front raise,  lateral raise,  bent rear delt raise, upright row, Arnold press. Starting at the stage, conduct 40 of each, walk while doing Arnold presses (rifle carry when done with 40) to memorial, repeat to 30 and then head to the fireplace, repeat to 20 then head to the fountain,  repeat to 10, then head to the stage. Walk to the parking ramp, all the while doing curls to failure and skull crushers to failure. 2. Next variation - muchas tuchas.....jump squats, monkey humpers, sumo squats, alpha Apollo Ohno's, the single count lunge walks. Conduct 40 of each, lunge walking up the ramp for 40, mosey back to the start. Rinse and repeat for 30/20/10 reps. Lunge walk back to the flag....and that was time
