I saw somewhere that it was the 80 year anniversary of the picture taken with the soldiers hoisting the American flag during the battle of Iwo Jima, so YHC thought of a way to honor that.
Warm-O-Rama:

The Thang:
Up and down the stadium, with cinder, 15 merkins at the bottom x6
Cusack over to the ticket booth. From there, 10 single count lunges followed by three blockees all the way back to the flag. Modified to 20 lunges midway because I was getting nowhere fast.
