Together we climb! Leave no man behind. The ladder workout. Complete the first exercise, do a lap together, do the first exercise again, move to the second, rinse & repeat
  1. 5 Burpees
  • After completing the burpees, run one lap together around the parking lot
  1. 10 Merkins (Push-ups)
  • After the merkins, run another lap
  1. 15 LBCs (Little Baby Crunches)
  • Another lap
  1. 20 Lunges
  • Another lap
  1. 25 Mountain Climbers
  • Another lap
  1. 30-second Plank (Together)
  • Another lap
  1. 35 AM HAMS (American Hamstrings - possibly referring to a glute-ham raise variation)
  • Another lap
  1. 40 SSHs (Side Step Hops or Jumping Jacks)
  • Another lap
  1. 45 Squats
  • Another lap
