Moseyed to the parking lot, ready to grind!The Thang:
We hit the asphalt for an F3-style Ultimate Frisbee game with penalty exercises for turnovers and scores. A few highlights:- Plenty of burpees from errant throws and solid defense
- Magic Mike showing off ridiculous catches
- Feathers somehow still sprinting at full speed 30 minutes in
- Halftime plank and mountain climbers sucked, but we pushed through
- Finished strong with more burpees
