Preamble:

Awesome to have 13 PAX post on a Friday Morning at the Country Club to celebrate an epic Eagles Super Bowl win and my (gulp) 53rd b-day which occurred earlier this week.

Warm-O-Rama:

53 SSH to celebrate my age Toy Soldier Weed Picker Arm Circles Covids Tokens (neck rolls)

The Thang:

The objective was to create mix of Eagles Celebration, Recognition of my 'young' age' and pain (nobody likes Eagles fans and we don't care) 1)Moseyed to boat launch gate for first ever PAX Tush Push.  Deep Dish was first the guess my age so he we all lined up behind him in single file and pushed each others tushes up the hill.  One Time up the hill to honor #1 Jalen Hurts and then 26 Pushes/Merkins at the top to honor PSU Legend and Eagles Superstar #26 Saquon Barkley. 2)Into the Boat Launch Lot for the real fun.  Modified old man Circle Burp: Slow Jog in Place but as we go around the circle each PAX drops for Burpee as the number is called out.  53 total each PAX.  Nice job.  It was not fun.   I hate burpees. 3)Four Corner+Center to honor the Eagles D-Line which was the biggest difference in the game.  6 sacks without a blitz. Big Guys can always use Ab work so we did LBC, Flutter, Box Cutter and Gas Pumpers at the corners.  19 each to honor Josh Sweat who got 2.5 sacks and then the 6 jumps squats in the middle 4.Mosey Back to Main Parking Lot to pay tribute to the 40 points scored by the Eagles.  Grabbed medium size coupons and did for each of curls, skull crushers, overhead press and rows with a lap after each PS: We didn't actually do that PAX Tush Push..We just ran the hill with tush pushing optional.  I purposely did not look around to see if anyone opted in.

COT:

Prayers needed for UGA Wife Rachel (sp) and Mother-In Law Theresa(sp) as she is in serious condition in the hospital, Big convergence coming up in May - Sounded very complicated and needs volunteers to organize.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Always an honor to lead - especially on my b-day week.  Crazy as it just seems like yesterday that I started getting the 'Respect' tributes and now I am 53.   Time does fly and birthdays are always a reminder to make sure that we are spending our most precious resource with things that matter the most. Linking this back to the Eagles and Super Bowl....I actually went to the game in New Orleans not necessarily because I am a huge Eagles Fan, but because it was a once in a lifetime opportunity to have a special weekend with my Dad.   The shared resource of mutual time between us both is certainly becoming more and more precious.  Going to the game was not cheap, but it turned out to be an incredible investment of my time and money.    The best part was hugging my Dad as he was in tears as the game ended.   Maybe I could have shared this as a Truth Nugget, but I was way too tired from all those damn burpees.
