Normal set of exercises AIX plus some moving mobility exercises to loosen up the legs

The Thang:

Mosey to the parking lot for "four corners" Instead of the traditional 10/20/30/40 escalator four corners YHC decided to put a little spin on it each corner was 2 minutes  of exercise broken down into 4 exercises done for 30 seconds each, and each corner was the same Lap 1 - Legs
  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Jump squats
  • Bonnie blair
Lap 2 - Shoulders
  • Merkins
  • Raise the roof
  • Stone mountains
  • Chinooks (both arms in the air spinning like the props on the helicopter)
Lap 3 - Core
  • leg raises
  • flutter kicks
  • low dolly
  • low plank
Finish up with a 2 minute wall sit
