  1. 4 corners on soccer field (21, 20, … 15)
    1. Merkins
    2. Squats
    3. Plank Jacks
    4. Big Boys
  2. Addition WOD (1 rep, 2 rep, so on). Mosey over to upper parking lot and grab a coupon. Perform the following exercises, starting at 1, and working up.
    1. Coupon Rows
    2. Goblet Squat
    3. Military Press
    4. Lunge Jumps
    5. Coupon Curls
    6. Coupon Press
    7. Merkin
    8. Thruster
    9. Tricep Ext
    10. After every 3rd round, run sideline to sideline and back
  3. 11s
    1. Dips
    2. Monkey Humpers
  4. Apple Turnover back to the flag, and that is time….

COT:

It's better when I do the BB's right away, and can remember everything that was said. We did say some prayers.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

I total slacked on this one, but my BB is now in. Stroller probably needs to turn the bot on.
