While we celebrate the Irish with a day of drunken debauchery and pickled meats....we Scottish celebrate with hard work and sweat!  And maybe a wee pour of the Whisky! 11 men joined the gloom to listen to Scottish rock bands, sweat, and work hard as only a Scotsmen can do!

The Thang:

Mosey to the middle of the soccer field.  Introduced the plan: Complete as many random cards of a pre-selected 20 cards from the F3 Work-out deck. Numbered cards are 10 reps and face cards are 20 reps, and Aces are 100 reps.  All exercises are single counts
  • A card is Drawn
    • Start in middle of the soccer with 3 burpees, run to random corner of soccer field, complete drawn exercise, run back to middle, and plank for the-six
