A Bear Crawl executed by doing 5 Werkins and crawling 10 steps with hands set out wide followed by 5 Merkins and crawling 10 steps with hands at normal position followed by 5 Diamond Merkins and crawling 10 steps with hands set in close. Rinse and repeat until the desired distance has been traveled.

Sweat Angels
On your six do a double dolly (arms and legs at 6" off the ground) like you’re making a snow angel.
Lunge, Lunge, Low Squat, Yay!
In cadence, backward lunge, backward lunge, quality squat with a return to bent legs, butt out, straight back, and then explode into a star jump… Yay! Return to bent legs, butt out, straight back for next round.
The Last Stand Griff
Run a lot lap; Run backwards halfway beginning around the bend; Run lap from there; Run backwards halfway to around the bend. Go until back at the start (should be two of each). Griff is a Crossfit Hero.
Nipple Scraper Merkins
With hands on a curb & butts high, drop knees down and to one side. Lower one nipple until it touches the curb, twist your body in the low plank position until the other nipple comes to the curb, and then press up. That is one rep. Reverse the motion.
More Lunge, Lunge, Low Squat, Yay!
