The mini-circle-lunge-mosey exercise.

Preamble:
Twas a fine morning on the 18th of March and 7 total pax posted ready for a sweatfest.
As 5:15 am hit, disclaimer was given and off we went.
Warm-O-Rama:
Not at Academy!
The Thang:
Straight to the Stadium with following at bottom of each trek up/down:
1st – 5 Burpees
2nd – 10 Bonnie Blairs
3rd – 15 Diamonds
4th – 20 Mike Tyson’s
Now off to Downtown Alpha to the green.
Four Corners:
- Bear Crawl – 15 Bobby Hurleys
- Imperial Walkers – 15 Renegade Merkins
- Duck Walk – 15 V-Ups
- Toy Soldiers – 15 Copperhead Squats
Mosey to the courthouse by way of long-way around backside.
- Lunges around the mini-circle…with each pax taking 3 full laps around outside of the group. This was somewhat of a dizzy exercise that required some attentiveness on how many laps were being taking around the group.
AND this also got several weird looks from the passerby’s going into the local gym.
Dora (on the courthouse steps):
*Run would be to the green and around fountain and back.
- 100 Burpees
- 200 Carolina Dry Docks
- 300 Flutters
Parking deck on way back to Academy home base for trip up the stairs to the top and wall sits while passing imaginary rock. Mosey down the deck mixing in some Bernie Sanders.
Back to Flag for track work.
Sprint turns and mosey straights for 1 full laps then stadium’s like before but stack ‘em! Time ran out while only getting about 1 1/2 sets of burpees in!

- All of our 2.0’s that may be struggling with anything.
Naked-Man Moleskin:
Looking forward to the rest of 2025 at Academy and attracting some new blood from surrounding AO’s that KNOW they want to give it a shot and see if they can put in 15 more minutes (than normal) of high intensity-work!!
