Preamble:

We did a ton of chest and triceps exercises listening to a Limewire curated Eminem playlist and a typo littered Seconds workout app.

The Thang:

Circuit 1 – “Till I Collapse”

1. Cinderblock Single-Arm Chest Press (Lying down, press one arm at a time)

2. Diamond Push-ups (Hands close together for triceps)

3. Cinderblock Single-Arm Bicep Curl (Switch arms halfway)

4. Cinderblock Floor Press (Both hands on one block, press explosively)

Circuit 2 – “The Way I Am”

1. Feet-Elevated Push-ups (Feet on the cinderblock for upper chest)

2. Cinderblock Overhead Triceps Extension (Hold block with both hands)

3. Cinderblock Hammer Curl (Hold block vertically)

4. Bench Dips Using Cinderblock (Hands on block, feet on ground)

Circuit 3 – “Not Afraid”

1. Plyometric Push-ups (Explode off the ground)

2. Cinderblock Close-Grip Press (Hold block like a close-grip bench press)

3. Cinderblock Zottman Curl (Curl up normal, lower in a hammer grip)

4. Slow Negative Push-ups (Lower slowly for time under tension)

Circuit 4 – “Lose Yourself”

1. Push-Up Burnout (Max reps)

2. Cinderblock Triceps Kickbacks (One arm at a time, switch halfway)

3. Cinderblock 21s (7 bottom half, 7 top half, 7 full curls)

4. Explosive Push-ups (As fast as possible)

Circuit 5 – “Rap God” (Final Push – All Out Effort)

1. Cinderblock Floor Press (Final chest burnout)

2. Diamond Push-ups (Burnout reps)

3. Cinderblock Hammer Curl (Final biceps burnout)

4. Push-Up Burnout (Until failure)

Total Time Breakdown:

Each circuit = 5 exercises x 45 sec (3 min 45 sec) + 400m sprint (~90 sec) = ~5 min 15 sec per circuit

5 circuits x ~8 min each = 40 minutes of nonstop work.
