Preamble:
Getting back in the swing of this Q-ing thing. It's a chore to figure out how to conduct beatdowns with burpees and mercans while my wing heals, but nevertheless, one has to try. With a veteran crew, quick disclaimer was given, and off we went.Warm-O-Rama:
10 each of weedpickers, hillbillies, copperhead squats, Moroccan nightclubs, right over left (10 sec each side), and SSH's. Mosey to the bridge.The Thang:
- 22's - Starting on the east side, conduct 20 bodyweight rows along the guardrails, proceed to the west side via Bernie Sanders, conduct 2 Carolina Drydocks, praise run (mosey with air presses) back. Reduce by 2 and increase by 2 for each respective exercise until hitting 2 rows/20 drydocks. Imperial Walker for the 6. Mosey to the top of the ramp
- Rolling Dryhump - at the top of the ramp, start with 1 drydock, to 2 monkey humpers, to 2 alpha count lunge walks. Proceed to 10/20/20 of each respective exercise. Mosey back to the flag
- Big Sexy - Conduct 40 each of pickle pounders, pickle pointers, and monkey humpers. Run around to the traffic circle and back. Conduce 30/20/10 of each exercise.....and that was time!
