Well, before we started, I read the disclaimer (thank you, Dark Side and Busboy, for the script). I put my spin on it and inflected my voice to spice it up. It was nice weather, too, for the BB. Thanks to the 17 PAX for coming out!Warm-O-Rama:

For my VQ, I needed some inspiration so I checked out the BB that have been done in the past. I noticed that The_Real Chubbs had a fun BB that involved using a deck of cards (my spin on it, using a Candian Deck of Cards) with face values indicating an exercise and the suit would determine the rep count. However, this time, I will throw some 28 rep counts to celebrate my birthday, change other rep count numbers, and change other exercises. All displayed in a clear and organized table (I really like tables; something wonderful about numbers being displayed in a neat and concise manner for everyone to read).
