Preamble:

I'm becoming a one trick pony at Dawn Patrol with coupons and the BFH, but I like it! Maybe next one I'll switch it up!  

Warm-O-Rama:

Awkward disclaimer given..let's mosey to the coupon pile neat the BFH   Circle up for:
  • 20 SSH IC
  • 15 Hillbillies IC
  • 10 weedpickers IC
  • Hangovers OYO
  • 10 Tempo merkins IC
  • 10 Copperhead squats IC
  • Micheal Phelps OYO

The Thang:

Grab a medium rock and run to the bottom of the hill ( I guess Dutch Oven missed the "medium" directive lol)   Sets of 25 - run to the light and perform 3 burpees - rinse and repeat until you've completed 100 and move on to the nexts  exercise.  
  • 100 curls
  • 100 squats
  • 100 Overhead Press
  • 100 Dips
  • 100 Merkins
  • 75 Thrusters
  • 50 Bonnie Blairs
  • 25 Burpees
We only made it to the merkins. Called for at least one set of thrusters before dropping off the coupons and heading back to the flag.
  • Mary for one min.."Monkey humper howlers" were called by YHC...interesting sounds were made. Time called

I love Dawn Patrol a whole lot.. My two days at Gladiator + Saturday DP is my sweet spot. Great AO Stroller!
