Today’s beatdown is all about frying our upper body before jumping into Ultimate Frisbee.   Spoiler alert: you’re going to feel every throw.

Warm-O-Rama:

SSH – 25 IC   Arm Circles F/B – 10 each   Moroccan Night Clubs – 20 IC   Chinooks – 15 IC   Tempo Merkins – 10 IC  
Shoulder Taps – 20 IC

The Thang:

3 Rounds: Do each exercise, then repeat the full set 3x.

10 Merkins

10 Carolina Dry Docks

10 Plank-to-Pike Push-ups

10 Overhead Air Presses (IC)

20 Shoulder Taps (2-count)

10 Wide Arm Merkins

Plank Hold – 30 sec

Ultimate Frisbee (20-25 min)

Turnover = 5 Merkins (by the team that lost the disc)

Score = 10 Overhead Claps (team that scored), 10 Mountain Climbers (defense)

Finisher: Arm Destruction Finale (5 min)

1 minute of Merkins AMRAP

1 minute of Arm Circles IC

1 minute of Low Plank

1 minute of Plank Jacks

1 minute of Burpees (because we have to)
