Preamble:
Gathered at a perfect 60 something degrees in the dark. Disclaimer was given. PAX gathered at the Flags (launch point). Tunes were initiated (gracious to @Bo Knows for the laser light / sound show). Mosey to tennis courts parking lot for warm-o-rama.Warm-O-Rama:
- Side Straddle Hops x15
- Windmills x10
- Burpees x5
The Thang:
Split into groups of three PAX. Mosey to zebra crossing to grab big ol' rocks. Each trio rotated through three positions:
Round 1 (6 minutes)
- Bottom Exercise: Rock Squats
- Hill Run Style: Forward sprint up
- Top Position: Plank-o-rama
Round 2 (6 minutes)
- Bottom Exercise: Overhead Press with rocks
- Hill Run Style: Bernie Sanders up the hill up (down is too dangerous, don't actually want those results)
- Top Position: Plank-o-rama
Round 3 (6 minutes)
- Bottom Exercise: American Hammers with rock
- Hill Run Style: Karaoke up
- Top Position: Plank-o-rama
Round 4 (6 minutes)
- Bottom Exercise: Curls for the Girls with rocks
- Hill Run Style: High knees up
- Top Position: Plank-o-rama
Round 5 (6 minutes)
- Bottom Exercise: Rock Squats (same as Round 1)
- Hill Run Style: Forward sprint up
- Top Position: Plank-o-rama
After dropping the rocks, group mosey via the back path to the back hill. Sprint up that last hill to the spray ground pavilion. Once all PAX reached the top, mosey at will back to the Flag.
Mary (4 minutes)
- Various exercises including Tempo Merkins, Tempo Merkins, and if memory serves correct, one more Tempo Merkin...and Time!
