Warm-O-Rama:
Mozy around the parking lot with slides, high knees and butt kickers mixed in. Circled up for a few warm up exercises, then ran some up, over, and backs on the big parking lot lines.The Thang:
PAX headed toward the church, stopping for three rounds of 5 burpees along the way. Once we reached Chapel Hill instructions were given:- 10 Deconstructed burpees (groiner, mercan, jump squat) at the bottom
- Bear Crawl to the top and follow the path back down
- Reduce count by 1 each round until reaching 1
- Avoid ant hills!
