Let's GOOOOOOOOO...Hype Man Sweeper in action late on a Wednesday night pushed our 7 HC's to 12 total on a Thursday at the Rubicon. YHC promised great weather and all but delivered as it only drizzled for a tiny bit at the end.Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey around the parking lot as the pax ready at 5:30 was waiting on the two pre-ruckers to arrive back at the flag. A few of the usual exercises like SSH and Weed Pickers were called and then all 12 pax moseyed to the FOD for the rest of the warm-up. With the two 'working Ryobi' speakers of Shazaam's in hand, off to the Cheese Grader we went for the start of the main event.The Thang:
Catch Me If You Can x3- 5 Merkins/10 Mountain Climbers (Alpha) while partner, facing same direction the whole iteration, was side shuffling right, skipping forward, side shuffling left, Bernie Sanders back.
- 3 Burpees while partner was snaking his way through each parking lot.
- 10 Bonnie Blairs (Alpha) while partner was Bear Crawling each Island Curb and moseying the rest.
- 50 Squats
- 100 OH Press
- 150 Curls
- 200 Bent Over Rows
COT:
Schnitzel was our 6th Man today. Grew up early years in Germany and immediately someone threw out "Schnitzel" and it stuck! He's been at F3 since October and is a part of a few men's Bible study groups and F3 definitely challenges him in different ways. He said since day one he's always been thankful for the encouragement his F3 brothers provide. Great to have you Schnitzel and looking forward to seeing your name on the Q sheet ;)- Big Prayers out for Julia, Groundhog's 10 year old daughter, who is still having some trouble with eye surgeries. Prayers for healing and comfort to her and the whole family.
