Headed to the BFH for some quick trivia before moseying to bottom for leg workout.
Pax had to do 100 reps of each exercise in whatever order they wanted - squats, calf raises, step ups, jump rope. Head back up hill by Lt. Dan, Bernie and then mosey to top.
Headed to coupon pile in parking lot for Dora - 100 wonderbras, 15o skull crushers, 200 curls
Off to restroom building for core work in groups of three - one pax did wall sit, one planked, one did ab exercise. Rotate after ab reps were complete. Two sets and some individual gas pumpers and then...
