Preamble:
I read the standard disclaimer before the beatdown. Given I ran 20.6 miles at SMR, my legs were tired. So I decided to switch it up, and do a 0.0 at Boneyard. Everybody brought their cinder with them. Stroller and others did a preruck and thanks to Busboy for getting more PAX to come out.Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey around the parking lot with butt kickers and high knees, then did the following:- 10 SSH
- 10 Windmills
- 10 Toy Soldiers
- Arm Circles (OYO)
- 10 Michael Phelps (OYO)
The Thang:
We all gathered at the Lacrosse Field, and commenced the 0.0 BD. I made a flow diagram, that grouped a set of exercises targeting each specific muscle group. 4 rounds of each exercise, AMRAP. First 2 rounds, 1 minute per exercise. Last 2 rounds, 30 seconds per exercise. 30 seconds rest, following the completion of all the exercises. 1: Abs- Freddie Mercury
