Celebrating my 58th orbit around the sun, so....that's too many reps so... 29 was the rep count for the day, but do it TWICE!
--29 Squats, Shoulder taps, chest press, flutter kicks, curls, dying cockroaches, OH press, box cutters
--Do a "lap"--lunge to 1st light, karaoke to 2nd, bear crawl to 3rd, 3/4 speed run back to base
--REPEAT the above, including the lap
--29 Merkins, Freddy Mercury, Step-ups, Peter Parkers, Dips, and LBCs
--Do a "lap"--lunge to 1st light, karaoke to 2nd, bear crawl to 3rd, 3/4 speed run back to base
--REPEAT the above, including the lap
Finished both rounds twice and had 2 minutes so we did 58 V-ups to end the BD
